SAP (BW) Systems Analyst - London £75k

Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a market leading insurance company for a BW System Analyst.

The role:
• Working with the business to understand and document requirements
• Acting as an SME on SAP & Data reprint across ECC, BOBJ, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud for advice and best practice
• Analysing data structures to develop CDS views to support BW models
• Creation and ownership of functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with SAP project teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment across the platform
• Undertake some ETL work using Data Services
• Liaising with the Test Team to ensure accuracy in delivery
• Performance tuning and maintenance of HANA views

Essential requirements:
• BW and/or BW on HANA or B4 experience

    We are searching for an exceptional person to join our global Commercial Team at Endeavor Streaming. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital technology and has a proven track record in digital media and specifically the delivery of end-to-end OTT premium video services.     Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Develop deep knowledge of Endeavor Streaming’s core platforms and services to enable detailed presentation of our OTT solutions and associated products as well as help define the optimum implementation approach for each prospective client.
    • Serve as the primary technical and product lead supporting the Commercial Teams across a wide range of sales engagements across Sports Federations, Broadcasters/MSOs and Content Owners.
    • Take ownership of all aspects related to the technical, platform and product presentation and associated documentation needs such as proposal documents, RFPs, RFIs and general presentation materials.
    • Support the Commercial team to deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients including real-time demonstrations of Endeavor Streaming’s customers’ services as we as our comprehensive OTT platform toolsets.
    • Manage multiple workstreams and track progress through Salesforce.
    • Support the Commercial Team at industry conferences and trade events.

Data Management;

Reporting to the global CFO this role is responsible for the development and implementation of the target operating model for FP&A, ensuring it is futureproof and leverages global best practice.

This role is also responsible for the design, development and delivery of the FP&A processes, ensuring they deliver best practice outcomes on behalf of Computershare as well as leading a team of specialists who deliver plans, budgets, forecasts and management reports to support decision making.

You will also provide insight and analysis to estimate financial outcomes of business by examining historical data, producing and analysing scenario models and supports the execution of the IR strategy, in order to improve the efficiency of the function and drive optimal business performance.

As a member of the finance executive team, is responsible for delivery of the Finance strategy, working in collaboration with all other Finance teams to ensure that output is fit for purpose for both the finance function and the wider business, as well as ensuring that there is the consistent application, implementation and improvement of approved policies/strategies/initiatives within the FP&A teams. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage business planning and forecasting, scenario modelling, management reporting, and supporting business performance analysis across the products, Group and Legal entities (where required)

  • Oversee production and review of the plans and forecast with input from Commercial Finance

  • Oversee the production and review of investment portfolio’s with input from Commercial Finance
