A role you will love
Reporting to the global CFO this role is responsible for the development and implementation of the target operating model for FP&A, ensuring it is futureproof and leverages global best practice.
This role is also responsible for the design, development and delivery of the FP&A processes, ensuring they deliver best practice outcomes on behalf of Computershare as well as leading a team of specialists who deliver plans, budgets, forecasts and management reports to support decision making.
You will also provide insight and analysis to estimate financial outcomes of business by examining historical data, producing and analysing scenario models and supports the execution of the IR strategy, in order to improve the efficiency of the function and drive optimal business performance.
As a member of the finance executive team, is responsible for delivery of the Finance strategy, working in collaboration with all other Finance teams to ensure that output is fit for purpose for both the finance function and the wider business, as well as ensuring that there is the consistent application, implementation and improvement of approved policies/strategies/initiatives within the FP&A teams.
Key responsibilities:
Manage business planning and forecasting, scenario modelling, management reporting, and supporting business performance analysis across the products, Group and Legal entities (where required)
Oversee production and review of the plans and forecast with input from Commercial Finance
Oversee the production and review of investment portfolio’s with input from Commercial Finance
Liaise with the Commercial Finance teams to provide analytics that will support business decision making
Develop and implement allocation methodology for Technology and Shared Services cost to Product
Prepare Investor Relations reporting for the Group
Production of Management information to support Treasury
Lead, develop and motivate the FP&A teams
As a subject matter expert lead and contribute to a range of high value projects
Continuously review Finance policies, procedures and processes to ensure they are optimally efficient, making improvements as necessary
Adherence to all risk, control and governance frameworks

Degree educated or equivalent qualification or experience
CIMA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) - or local equivalent
