Application Support Engineer
Are you a Application Support Engineer? Are you looking for your next opportunity to be involved in a leading Media Publishing company based in the heart of London? Then look no further as i am looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their in house team of analysts.
Application Support Analyst Responsibilities:
Incident and Problem Management to defined service levels
Manage and deploy technical changes driven by Change Requests and Problem Management
Provide subject matter expertise for business change and development
Liaise with end users and business stakeholders
Application Support Analyst Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of Financial Force and Sun Accounts software
Proven technical ability in Sql Server
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learning capacity and able to work in a high pressure environment
Must have some experience in Linux and Unix
Knowledge of hybrid cloud, network, virtualisation, compute, database and storage technologies
