Responsibilities
Provide 2nd/3rd line support to business and technology users, creating, updating, and communicating processes along the way.
Implement, configure, and maintain robust systems within a hybrid environment across SaaS, private and public cloud.
Working with the Technology Team to help migrate, implement, and maintain services and systems in AWS.
With direction from the IT Manager, help to ensure that the company’s platform and services are resilient and operate efficiently at all times.

Your knowledge and experience
Previous experience of working with AWS environments and Cloud-hosted systems.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Previous experience in 1st and 2nd (possibly including 3rd) line user and server support roles.
A clear understanding of Information Security principles, controls, and implementation.
A clear understanding of web apps, networking, and security-related principles and protocols; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSL/TLS, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, LAN segmentation, etc.
Microsoft IIS and SQL Server management experience.
Experience communicating procedures and training others in systems and services.
