IT Support Analyst - £25,000

Currently looking for an IT Support Analyst, working for a company in Wrexham where employee engagement really is at the heart of everything they do.

As the Support Analyst you will:

+ Configure, install and monitor systems

+ Take ownership of the tickets and resolve them within defined SLAs

+ Supporting upgrades whilst maintaining the Network & software administration

+ Ensure the day-to-day security of all IT systems and related data; ensure all systems are patched

As the Support Analyst will have:

+ Excellent experience in the Microsoft environment (O365/Server 2016)

+ DNS & DHCP configuration skills

+ Azure & Hyper-V knowledge

+ Watchguard (or similar) management experience
