3rd Line Engineer required for a growing MSP who have offices in Bristol and London. Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager. The primary focus of the role will be to use strategic thinking and business analytics capabilities to provide analysis; generate insights and recommendations to support the management team and the business planning processes (Budget & re-forecasts and sales forecasts).

Main responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement future-focused Competitive Intelligence reporting to include e-information about competitors with regards to trends, new product pipeline, pricing strategies, organizational structure, commercial activities, and tactics.

  • Define, plan, manage and execute targeted and innovative primary market research, as requested by Commercial teams and other key stakeholders.

Role Summary:
