Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Act to lead and supervise customer personnel, in the installation, commissioning, overhaul and maintenance of Cryogenic equipment (Specifically Pumps and Expanders)

  • Work in partnership with the customer and keep them thoroughly informed on the progress, performance, and any potential problems.

  • Work with sales department to meet customer demands for spares parts, service contracts.

  • Produce comprehensive service reports and present these back to regional management and the customer.

  • Contribute new ideas to enhance company service and overall customer experience.

 

Qualifications

As a Service Engineer, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent or several years’ experience in the field of turbo machinery?

  • Experience in maintenance and overhaul of Cryogenic Pumps, Expanders,

  • Previous experience writing comprehensive and detailed service reports

  • Comfortable with working onsite with customers and leading their personnel during installation, repair and maintenance.

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Must be Health, Safety & Environmentally focused, and promote safety in the workplace

  • Proficiency with MS Office in Word, Excel and MS Project

 

Frequent travel to customer sites and workshop facilities throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia – European passport is essential

The Role:

  • Manage and monitor engagement financials, profitability metrics and ensure invoices are billed to the client appropriately

Skills and experience required

  • Data & Analytics or Technology experience supporting or leading solutions in Retail or Corporate Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management or Capital Markets

  • Demonstrable experience of complex data projects covering the full creation to consumption data lifecycle (data sourcing, management, quality, reporting & analytics)

  • An SME in Information Exploitation or Advanced Analytics ideally on cloud infrastructure

  • Drafting and analysis of RFPs or Business Cases for data, technology, and product offering

  • Masters or bachelor's degree in a technical (STEM) field with working knowledge of topics such as data analytics, data science, information management

  • Functional knowledge and point of view around key tools within the Data Management or Analytics market
