The Software Project Manager – Audio Development will be responsible for managing audio software projects from initial inception through to delivery. Working with teams based in the US and Europe the Software Project Manager – Audio Development will be responsible for managing all risk and change in the project and also for ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.

 

You will be an experienced Software Project Manager with a successful track record delivering complex software projects to the automotive industry. Your background will include hands-on embedded software development preferably using C and C++ coupled with some exposure or interest in audio product development. You must speak excellent German and English and be already living and fully authorized to work in the EU.

The role…

This is a key role in supporting the business's IT systems, ensuring business-critical applications are well maintained, and providing a helpdesk service to IT users throughout our network of branches and head office teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to help desk tickets in a timely manner within the agreed IT SLAs

  • Setting up new starters and processing leavers

  • Configuring new PC's, phones, mobiles and iPads

  • Providing telephone and remote desktop support for PC's, printers, email, and systems

  • Implementing new systems - such as Office 365

  • Troubleshooting network issues and liaising with service providers

  • Administrating our bespoke system

  • Working with the internal development team to fix issues, gathering and providing the team with evidence from users

You...

  • You will need at least 12 months of experience within an IT support/ Helpdesk role

  • Experience in administering Office 365 would be highly beneficial

  • An ICT or Computer Science qualification would be highly desirable

  • Competent in MS Office/ Databases and 1st/2nd Line support experience

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a positive, helpful attitude

IT Support Analyst

Organization:A professional services corporation that operates in Central London is currently hiring an IT Support Analyst on a permanent contract basis who possesses strong capabilities in Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Server. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an in-house IT Support Team within an FTSE 250 corporation that provides itself on its values/culture.

Opportunity:The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing support for all IT and telecoms systems at Head Office and portfolio marketing suites. This may include hands-on support, liaising with third-party support companies, assisting in the Disaster Recovery functions, and supporting other members of IT as required. The IT Support Analyst will also be heavily involved in project work both within Head Office, and within the portfolio.

Core Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Administration and troubleshooting user account, email, printer, telephone, and network problems;

• Management and reporting of third party vendors;

• Assist Head of IT in the budget process;

• Creation of technical documentation and manuals for an employee or technical use;
