In this full-time role (37.5 hrs PW), reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will responsible for all administrative processes within the Events department (e.g. coordination of group lunchtime bookings, tours), supporting team members (e.g. with internal bookings), and ensuring all (potential) clients receive a polite, professional and efficient service and all venue standards are maintained and all current legislation adhered to.

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own home. This is an exciting and fast-paced role where you will be supporting influencers and celebrities across a wide range of genres. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who speaks Italian, is articulate, excellent at building relationships, and can provide the best customer experience possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Researching new creators and reaching out to engage with new creators. This will be across a wide range of genres, including music, gaming, sports, beauty, comedy, and lots more

·         Researching potential creators thoroughly before engaging in a VIP call, to ensure relevant content and promotional suggestions

·         Discussing promotional activity, delivering video calls to potential creators, and providing ongoing support

·         Liaising with potential sign-ups via social media, email, or video call and ensuring follow-ups with potential sign-ups are carried out

Profile:
