For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own home. This is an exciting and fast-paced role where you will be supporting influencers and celebrities across a wide range of genres. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who speaks Italian, is articulate, excellent at building relationships, and can provide the best customer experience possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Researching new creators and reaching out to engage with new creators. This will be across a wide range of genres, including music, gaming, sports, beauty, comedy, and lots more

·         Researching potential creators thoroughly before engaging in a VIP call, to ensure relevant content and promotional suggestions

·         Discussing promotional activity, delivering video calls to potential creators, and providing ongoing support

·         Liaising with potential sign-ups via social media, email, or video call and ensuring follow-ups with potential sign-ups are carried out

Profile:

·         Required to be fluent in Italian (C2-level) and English (B2-level or higher), both written and spoken

·         A passion for social media and an understanding of all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) is a must

·         Previous recent experience in customer service or similar is a must

·         Available to start on short notice from the comfort of your own home
