The Role
This is a Progressive 2nd Line Position where you will work with a broad range of sectors and in-depth technologies
You will provide support to Junior IT Engineers in resolving technical issues, ensuring they gain knowledge to solve future problems and develop within their own career
Working in a friendly and supportive team environment, you will promote proactive working in a technically strong IT Support Team that facilitates employee progression
