FM Conway is currently searching for a professional Site Agent to join our Structures division. Working on major, high-value projects which are based in central London. This is a full-time position with an excellent package and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of notable projects.
Reporting office will be at Mandela Way, London SE1 5SZ.

The Site Agent Role
As our Site Agent, you will be reporting to the Project Manager, supervising all or sections of major construction schemes.
Schemes would be similar to:
-Marble Arch Hill Attraction
-Piccadilly Vehicle Underpass Refurbishment Scheme
-Victoria Embankment Lions Head Mooring Ring Refurbishment
-Waterloo Bridge Enhancement Scheme
Responsibilities of our Site Agent
-Ensuring site mobilization and project delivery
-Managing site plant, labor and materials
-Responsible for permitting, licenses and permissions
-Liaising with stakeholders to ensure engagement
-Liaising with subcontractors as required
-Ensuring documented Safe Systems of Work are in place and adhered to
-Monitoring site resources and costs to ensure maximum efficiency
-Managing quality of work and compliance to the quality plan
-Completing and maintaining site records
-Responsibility for health and safety on-site and promoting a positive safety culture
-Utilising internal procurement IT systems
What we’re looking for in our Site Agent
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a site engineer, existing highway infrastructure as well as experience working with local authorities. A CSCS – Black Card is essential, and you will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
