🔹 About the Role :-
Technosoft Engineering is seeking skilled and experienced Vehicle Electrical Technicians for a long-term opportunity in the United Kingdom. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in EV vehicles and automotive electrical systems, particularly in installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning.
If you have solid experience in automotive, domestic, or industrial electrical systems and are confident working with high-voltage vehicle systems, this opportunity is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities :-
Ensure vehicle electrical control systems are installed according to technical specifications and documentation.
Perform installation and modification of vehicle wiring harnesses and related components as per contract build requirements.
Handle termination of automotive and high-voltage connections up to 800V AC/DC.
Conduct testing and commissioning of vehicle electrical systems in line with Quality Assurance standards.
Perform fault diagnosis and repair using customer diagnostic software.
Ensure all installations are completed within allocated process timelines.
Work safely on systems up to 600V AC/DC.
Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
Route and connect various cable types as per system requirements.
Apply structured fault-finding techniques to resolve electrical issues.
🔹 Candidate Requirements :-
4–8 years of relevant experience in automotive or EV electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with EV vehicles and electrical harness systems.
Background in automotive, domestic, or industrial electrical work.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
🔹 Educational Qualification :-
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in any of the following disciplines:
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Electronics & Computer Engineering
Electrical or Electronics
