The role is primarily French-speaking but is working with other senior managers in English.

We are currently seeking a self-starting individual to supervise one of our outbound sales teams and lead in their continued professional development. This role in our Outbound Telesales team requires a career-focused and well-presented individual, with the drive to progress within our group. This individual must have the ability to create a compelling environment for our motivated sales teams to flourish. The ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive 'can do attitude, to become quickly established and successful and in turn, rapidly add value to our business is vital.
What will you be doing as a Sales Team Manager?
-Working amongst our team, assisting our experts in attaining new business, managing existing portfolios, increasing revenue, and retaining and developing robust customer relationships through cross-selling
-A proactive approach to assisting and driving your team to reach KPI’s and targets consistently - following up appropriate business leads and actively leading from the front and selling our products where necessary
-Managing the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure activity/productivity targets are met.
-Motivating the team to display a winning attitude and in turn consistently exceed sales targets
-Conducting, documenting, and following up regular performance reviews with your team
-Conducting team meetings daily in line with the needs of the business, to maximize sales results and returns
-Delivering performance improvement where required to quickly alleviate underperformance
-Delivering and displaying best practices and excellence in customer care
-Dealing with customer escalations and ensuring prompt resolution
What experience/skills are we looking for?
-Experience in a Team Manager/Team Leader role – preferably in a sales department
-Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages. It will be part of the Team Managers' duties to skillfully display sales targets and results.
-Able to demonstrate a 'common sense approach to problem-solving in the sales environment
-Manage own workload effectively and support your line manager where necessary
-Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision/non-decision makers
-Strong team-building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers
-Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals
