3rd Line Engineer required for a growing MSP who have offices in Bristol and London. They offer a varied/fast-paced role within a great team environment and ongoing progression opportunities for the successful applicant. The role would suit experience 3rd Line engineers transferring from an MSP background. Applicants will ideally be Degree level qualified in IT or equivalent and must hold a recent Microsoft certification. Must have experience implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

The role will predominantly be working on the Project and Helpdesk sides of the business to provide 3rd line escalation support on Microsoft technologies.

The Role:

*Provide 3rd line escalation support

*Management of Office 365 and Azure infrastructures

*Implementing O365 Migrations and Modern Desktop Deployments

*Creating scripts for customized monitoring and reporting

*Working alongside the projects team and helpdesk teams

The Person:

*Must be Degree qualified in IT or equivalent

*Must have experience as a 3rd Line Engineer within an MSP

*Will ideally hold a recent Microsoft certification
