A role you will love

Reporting to the global CFO this role is responsible for the development and implementation of the target operating model for FP&A, ensuring it is futureproof and leverages global best practice.

This role is also responsible for the design, development and delivery of the FP&A processes, ensuring they deliver best practice outcomes on behalf of Computershare as well as leading a team of specialists who deliver plans, budgets, forecasts and management reports to support decision making.

You will also provide insight and analysis to estimate financial outcomes of business by examining historical data, producing and analysing scenario models and supports the execution of the IR strategy, in order to improve the efficiency of the function and drive optimal business performance.

As a member of the finance executive team, is responsible for delivery of the Finance strategy, working in collaboration with all other Finance teams to ensure that output is fit for purpose for both the finance function and the wider business, as well as ensuring that there is the consistent application, implementation and improvement of approved policies/strategies/initiatives within the FP&A teams. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage business planning and forecasting, scenario modelling, management reporting, and supporting business performance analysis across the products, Group and Legal entities (where required)

  • Oversee production and review of the plans and forecast with input from Commercial Finance

  • Oversee the production and review of investment portfolio’s with input from Commercial Finance

  • Liaise with the Commercial Finance teams to provide analytics that will support business decision making

  • Develop and implement allocation methodology for Technology and Shared Services cost to Product

  • Prepare Investor Relations reporting for the Group

  • Production of Management information to support Treasury

  • Lead, develop and motivate the FP&A teams

  • As a subject matter expert lead and contribute to a range of high value projects

  • Continuously review Finance policies, procedures and processes to ensure they are optimally efficient, making improvements as necessary

  • Adherence to all risk, control and governance frameworks

  • Degree educated or equivalent qualification or experience

  • CIMA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) - or local equivalent

The Cloud Support Engineer – AWS Role:

3rd IT Line Support Analyst required by a well-established Legal firm based in Central London offering a salary of up to £50k, flextime, remote working, and a range of other excellent benefits. Due to an increase in demand for Services and planned projects in the pipeline, they are seeking an experienced 3rd IT Line Support Analyst. You will be reporting directly to the Head of IT Operations, providing a friendly and helpful IT support service as part of a small team to approximately 300 end users in a professional services environment.

As the 3rd Line IT Support Analyst, you will spend your time working on various projects, including an on-prem to cloud migration, and general BAU support tickets to support the IT Operations team in the development while maintaining all the IT systems. You will also be the primary contact between vendors and end-users to develop the current platforms and effectively enhance user experience.

The successful 3rd Line IT Support Analyst will be experienced with Azure and Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Anti-malware solutions (Sentinal1 ideally), Active Directory including Group Policy, Firewall, and VPN technologies and telephony systems (Mitel & Polycom). You will possess a solid and demonstrable understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and excellent written skills, compiling data analysis and report writing. Law firm experience is highly desirable.

Desirable, but not essential, experience includes iManage Work/Share, InterAction, IntApp TIME, BigHand, files-sharing and extranet platforms. Any experience with document review/e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity would also be great.

Roma Black is looking for an HR Systems Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-known Entertainment Company in London.

 

The HR Systems Advisor will be like a business partner, dealing with queries and problems in a reactionary manner and consider mid to long-term impact of issues they deal with to drive ongoing process improvements and sharing of knowledge and understanding with operational stakeholders.

 

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for all internal contacts for the time and attendance system (ADP RealTime).

  • Maintain the RealTime database for accurate employee records supporting venues with starters, leavers, changes, and holiday processes, and ensuring employee and manager self-service accesses are in place and updated as required.

  • Reset or relocation clocking in cards to employees and new starters.

  • Provide reports and appropriate management information to ensure operations and business units maintain employee records and achieve all payroll milestones in a complete and timely manner.

  • Provide 3rd party suppliers such as weekly reports from RealTime and HR System to process benefit entitlements based on actual hours worked.

  • Create and run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support both HR and wider business in making decisions and taking actions relating to employees.

  • Support Payroll with monthly payment processing by following up with business units regarding timesheet queries, validating errors, and mass data file uploads and transfers.

  • Develop a full understanding of the RealTime system to be recognized as the internal superuser, supporting newly promoted and newly hired managers by training them to use the system, accurately

  • Support HR Administration team with updating and maintaining HR system [iHCM2] including the processing of starters, leavers, employee changes, and running all required reports as and when needed.

  • Potentially, longer-term, learn basic payroll functions to support the payroll manager in times of absence/sickness

 

 

Essential Background/Skills

  • ADP ICHM and Real-time experience desirable or systems similar such as Kronos

  • Used to managing and administering time and attendance systems
