This role will focus on the development and deployment of data powered solutions, Trade Promotion Analytics will help to make the business more effective in decisions in the in the areas of Net Revenue Management and Trade Promotion planning.

Description
The key areas of focus:
Co-leading engagement, requirements gathering, translate business requirements into analytics requirements and developing working prototypes of analytics solutions that can be added as a module or evolve certain module of the core TPA product
Working with stakeholders to identify priorities and data sources to meet business requirements.
Leading market engagement, requirement gathering and translation into analytics requirements.
Leading the development of the user-journey golden template and local customisation (includes KPIs calculations) prototypes.
Partnering with the key stakeholders in the identification of data sources to fulfill requirements for analytical capabilities
Understanding different project delivery methodologies (e.g.: waterfall, agile scrum) and determine the best approach for each demand.
Creating and maintain project work plans for the data work stream in analytical projects.
Delivery of the agreed capabilities, working with virtual/physical teams.
To work with other D&A teams and suppliers to estimate implementation time and costs for the analytical projects and to drive cost efficiencies
Profile
As the successful candidate you will ideally have the following experience:
Have Undergraduate Degree level qualification. Preferred (but not a requirement) disciplines include; Operations Research, Economics/Mathematics, Business Studies/MBA, Engineering, Computer Science. The overall experience of 3+ years preferred
Strong track record of working with business users to drive definition, alignment, and support for the application of analytics and data to address complex business issues (e.g. centralization of promotion spending decisions)
Passion for research and for answering hard questions with data
Ability to rapidly connect + match analytics and data products to business needs
Expert knowledge of an analysis tool such as Microsoft PowerBI, and Tableau
Working knowledge of an analysis tool such as R, Python, or PySpark.
Working knowledge to apply Microsoft Azure analytics product to develop scaled analytic models in the cloud
Ability to apply an agile analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision
Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
