To undertake pre-contract responsibilities including budgeting (estimating), project programming and risk assessment.
Experience in commercial design and build estimating along with turnkey project delivery.
Have an understanding of working in Europe and the appetite/availability to travel, if needed.
Have experience in costing, programming, and delivering in the specific country that they are applying for (or more)
This is a complete project TD, who will be available through the entire project (no handover and run!) to assist the team as a single unit (we are not split as precon and contract), so someone with an appetite to work beyond just the front end.
The perfect candidate will speak either French, German, Italian, or Spanish and will have a commercial network of contacts in their specialist country. However, experience is more important than language.
