You are going to do this
Activities:
In the Flying Squad as work planner:
• Under the direction of the Area Superintendent, prepare the full campaign outreach of the treating centers, which will be supervised during a planned campaign intervention
In the Flying Squad, on and offshore installations:
• Occupies the local control room and centrally directs the team to solve technical problems with the installation
• Ensures the position of the Commander of the Emergency Response Team on the presence installation
• Validates work permits for all work carried out on the installation under his / her responsibility
• Liaises with the onshore organization to ensure appropriate reporting and support requests for the intervention involved
• Ensures good communication with the CCNR during each intervention / campaign
In the CCNR:
• Actively monitors all client assets centrally from the ICSS
• Analyzes trends and behavior at an early stage to identify potential technical failures early and correct them remotely
• Monitors sales 24/7 and ensures product sales are in line with budget
• Liaises with the Business team to buy any additional gas from the spot market in case of under-delivery
Context and Environment
In the Client Full Intervention Mode concept, the FIM_SPT role combines the leading role of the Flying Squad with the position of Senior Panel Operator in the Central Control Room.
The role is fulfilled alternately and according to an irregular schedule
Based in the role of Flying Squad Leader, prepare the campaign-based intervention for the client's treating centers, assist the Area Superintendents or, in the event of operational upset, assume the Flying Squad's leadership role during an offshore intervention
This position works for 2 weeks during office hours and is available 24/7
Established employees in the position of the CCNR function work in 3 shifts (morning-afternoon-night-shift) 8 hours according to shift work pattern
Work 6 days in the CCR - starting with 2-day shift and followed with 2 afternoon shift and ended with 2 night shift and 6 days off, this schedule is repeated 7 times
After CCR schedule you start with 2 weeks offshore or 2 weeks work preparation with stand-by at the weekend - 16 days leave after 2 weeks offshore or onshore
What we ask for
• MBO diploma, or equivalent in relevant technical discipline
• 10 years of experience in the industry, of which at least 5 years in a responsible role
• You are a team player, you have an eye for safety, you are flexible and you have a great sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in the English and Dutch language
• You are medically fit due to offshore inspection
