Activities
For our Fintech firm (cryptocurrency, blockchain), we are searching for an experienced recruiter/headhunter to partner with competent and driven freelancers and engineers to fill key jobs (co-founders, executives, developers). Together with creating job descriptions, finding and evaluating applicants, holding interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new personnel are some of your duties. As a non-hierarchical management system organized around roles and circles (teams), we, as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), have adopted holacracy.
Responsibilities:
- composing and disseminating job descriptions
- Handling applications for partners and teammates
- Setting up interviews for jobs
- assisting partners and coworkers with their onboarding
- Taking Care of the Hiring Database
- choosing and keeping up with agencies and platforms for recruiting
