It can be scary to take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. However, it is a critical test if you intend to study or work in English-speaking nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or Ireland. Although it will be a stressful day, it will motivate you to succeed because your future depends on it.

Things to do on the day of the IELTS exam 

On IELTS exam day, you must prepare a list of dos and don'ts that must be strictly followed.

The following items must be carried.

    • On the test day, a passport would suffice as proof of identity.
    • Other materials: A pencil and eraser, even if they are available at the testing center. It is preferable to be safe.

    • Watches, mobile phones, and other electronic gadgets are not permitted in the testing facility. Carry a bottle of water with you and avoid bringing any food.
